How Much Is Shipping and How does the shipping process work?
It cost a flat rate of $10 PER ORDER to be shipped to your home no matter where you are at in the United States! Orders $100 or more get FREE SHIPPING! We ship your Raven Diamond Art kit out within two business days of your purchase. All orders ship from the USA and we use USPS Priority Mail to get the package to you quickly! Which means you will be receiving a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where your package is at!
If you purchase multiple items, all orders will be shipped together if we can! No worries about waiting for several packages to arrive!
I put in the wrong address, what do I do now?!
Please make sure before you complete your order to always re-check your shipping address. But we understand if you made a mistake, so you can always reach out to us and have us correct the shipping address. BUT…..we are FAST at shipping…SOOOOOO you better hurry and tell us because once that bad boy is out the door, there is no going back. AND unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the information being entered incorrectly. Please also refer to our returns and refunds policy.
What is the procedure to cancel the order?
In order to cancel your order, you have to do it within the 12 hours after the order is placed. When the processing for the order starts, then the order cannot be cancelled. For order cancellation you can contact us.
*We do not offer refunds on items that are currently still in transit*
Why is my order tracking is not updating?
If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for few days. Don’t fret as it is quite normal for the tracking status to stuck while moving between distribution centers. Once the order provisioned to the next stage the tracking status will be updated.
What if I received a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product or the product you received is not what you paid for then you don’t have to be worried at all. The process for this is quite simple, all you have to do is, contact with our Customer Support and explain your issue along with the photos of the received product. Your request will be reviewed and forwarded to the concerned department in 24 – 48 hours. Your replacement kit will be dispatched with highest priority. Please also see our returns and refunds policy for more information.
What is the Estimated delivery time?
Normally the packages are delivered in 5-7 business days. However, if your tracking code doesn’t start working in 3 – 5 Business Days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, then you should contact our Customer Support Department to get your issue resolved. You can also send an email to customerservice@ravendiamondart.com
Also please remember, times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
How do I find my tracking number?
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. I you do not receive an email with 3 to 5 business days after purchasing a Raven Diamond Art kit. How can I track my order?
The packages are shipped through USPS and can be tracked on various tracking sites. However, you can use USPS for tracking your order.
Why are some items missing in my package?
You should not be missing anything from your order, EVER! So always reach out to our customer support department if you have opened up your kit and are missing anything so that we can correct that immediately! We are humans and make mistakes but we will always fix it too! And please do not wait to tell us, we have to know within a timely manner to correct the mistake. Once you receive your kit withing 48 hours we need to know if an item was missing PLEASE. Otherwise… we all must move on and keep creating my friend.
My order says Delivered but it is not at my house?
This is the one messages no business owner wants to hear from a customer, because at this point we truly have no way to help! If you check your tracking number and it has updated to Delivered but there is no package sitting at your home… you now have to call your local USPS to start a process with them to find your package. We as a business understand the frustration that comes along with spending your hard money on a product and the odd chance it doesn’t arrive. We understand and emphasize with you when it comes to having a package lost or disappear in the mailing system. However, we as a small business also have to protect ourselves as well. The moment our product leaves our hands we are also at the mercy of the mailing world. So that tracking number is our safety net as too. With this being stated, here is our policy:
*If a package updates to Delivered, we are no longer responsible for the items shipping process or tracking. It is the sole responsibility of the customer if the item is not at the address the customer established on the shipping label. We will not be giving any returns or refunds on any items that customers give claims were not delivered if the tracking information is updated to Delivered.
*If tracking information does NOT update to delivered and instead the package becomes lost in transit, and USPS confirms this information, Raven Diamond Art LLC will give the customer a full refund for their purchase! (We will not be able to an exchange due to limited supply of certain kits).

-It cost a flat rate of $75 PER ORDER to be shipped to your home! We ship your Raven Diamond Art kit out within two business days of your purchase. All orders ship from the USA and we use USPS International Priority Mail to get the package to you quickly! Which means you will be receiving a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where your package is at!

-Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
By purchasing from us, you agree to pay any required additional duty, taxes, and fees that may be charged in your country. Failure to do so may result in parcel forfeiture, and we will be unable to issue a refund.
-Are estimated shipping and transit times guaranteed?
No, shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
-Do you ship to all countries?
We currently NOW ship to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If we ship to your country, it will be available for selection when entering your shipping address during checkout. International orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail and is estimated to arrive within 14 to 21 business days. You will receive a tracking number in your email!
- When will I receive my order?
Standard delivery time is 14-21 days.
In peak periods such as big holidays etc delivery time may be extended up to 28 days. In that case, we will notify you and grant you an additional discount.
It takes on average of 14 days (*excluding clearance/customs delays) for the package to be delivered at its destination. You can monitor the status of your package by utilizing a tracking number.
-Why is My Tracking Info Not Updating?
Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. During the international transit of your order, there may be a delay in tracking updates due to the movement between countries. This is because the packages are being transported on shipping containers across vast oceans.
Once the package arrives in your country, it will be swiftly delivered to your doorstep. Easily track its progress by entering the tracking ID provided in your shipping confirmation email on the official website of your local post office. Your package(s) will be delivered through a local carrier after going through customs. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as seasonality, backlog, and the efficiency of your local carrier.
