We recently switched over from Resin Diamonds (drills)

to Acrylic A Grade…but why???

Let’s talk about it. We have learned as a small business it is just SMARTER for us to go with the Acrylic drill for economic purposes at this time. We know more than ever that our kits are for FUN!

We want each person who gets our kits to be able to enjoy, relax, and create some artwork that is to die for. However, we also are aware that with this comes a cost! So we want to do the best we can to still bring quality along with affordable prices.

Common Diamond/Drill Questions:

There is some trash drills in my bag, what should I do?

When you enter the Diamond Art world you will learn, that once in a red moon, you will get a bag of diamonds that may have some “trash” drills in it. These are diamonds that are mis-sized, broken, flawed, or the bag has dusty particles in it.  This is NORMAL…There is no other way to put it my spooky friend. Resin or Acrylic will at times have some what we like to call “Oops” drills. All you have to do is throw them away. These little diamonds are made from machines and will occasionally have mistakes…just like us humans.

I misplaced my diamond bag, can you send me a replacement?

We will always try and help you if you have spilled or misplaced a bag!!!! If we have the color on hand we will send it to you ASAP!!!!! Free of charge!!!!

HOWEVER, if we are sold out of that kit, and no longer have the color on hand, we may not be able to assist you with replacing the color. Please remember that we are aware some customers may not open their kits for 3 months or more depending on how fast they are working on their own projects. We go through different collections in our warehouse and cannot guarantee if we will have the supplies on hand when you reach out to us. We do always suggest if we are not able to assist you, that you head over to: www.diamonddrillusa.com to replace your missing set.

Will you be making square kits anytime soon?

As of right now, we are hoping by the end of 2024 to be bringing in Square kits!!! We are a small business, and we are taking little monster steps thanks to all of you!

We like to stay with the round drills for now because they are beginner friendly, and we want to show people how easy diamond arting can be! This hobby can help so many people with stress and anxiety…along with allowing those of Horror nerds a chance to decorate our homes with some beautiful artwork!
